Open Visibility Mask Design
The AirFit™ F20 Full Face mask covers the nose and mouth without requiring forehead support. Similar to wings, the frame spreads low beneath the eyes and rises high above the ears. At the ears, the mask frame connects to headgear which covers the circumference of the head with minimal fabric and even less skin contact than before. This innovative design allows the F20 mask and headgear to remain steady without an obstructive support bar. This design is ideal for those who are claustrophobic or enjoy reading and watching TV before falling asleep during therapy. It conveniently provides an open range of visibility which is proven to provide even more comfort.
InfinitySeal™ Full Face Cushion
The InfinitySeal™ Full Face cushion of the AirFit F20 is a newly designed seal intended for various pressures in order to strengthen the seal throughout CPAP therapy. The F20 cushion pairs with the newly designed frame which is intended to fit a number of different facial types and structures. Together, the InfinitySeal™ and frame help to improve CPAP results.
Padded Headgear with Magnetic Clips
The Airfit F20 headgear extends above the ears, over the crown of the head and downward toward the base of head for a more comfortable experience during therapy. The padded headgear glides along the circumference of the patient’s head, leaving a portion of the head untouched. The padding is purposefully built into the design to offer additional comfort.
The magnetic headgear clips connect the bottom headgear straps to the base of the cushion. This allows the patient to easily lift the clip from its magnetic attachment to disengage the mask from the face without having to destroy the perfect fit.
Quick Release Elbow with Air Diffuser
The AirFit™ F20 elbow extends from a circular, white attachment which connects to the opening in the middle of the InfinitySeal™ cushion. The round component is lined by many tiny holes which diffuse the sound of the air as it is being released from the mask. This design feature is to help quieten CPAP therapy, making it more enjoyable for the patient as well as their bed partner.
The F20 elbow can also be removed from the CPAP hose quickly and efficiently. If you need to get up in the middle of the night, you can just slide the CPAP hose from the base of the elbow. This simple yet convenient feature allows the user to quickly stop and start therapy without having the need to disrupt the mask placement.

ResMed has developed a new QuietAir Elbow for the AirFit™ F20 CPAP mask which is 89% quieter than the previous elbow. This is included for free with your purchases of this mask.
Multiple Headgear Sizes Available
The AirFit™ F20 Full Face Mask was cut in four different headgear sizes to ensure an optimal fit for patients with various facial features and cushion sizes. Only the Standard/Medium size is included with the purchase of this F20 mask and headgear kit. The other sizes available for purchase are: Small, Small “For Her” and Large.
