Free Standard Shipping:

Most orders placed and/or cleared before 1:00 PM (Central), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will ship out the same day.

Excluded Days:

  • New Year’s Day
  • 4th of July
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Labor Day
  • President’s Day
  • Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

PRESCRIPTION RX ORDERS:

Some orders require a prescription.

By law, these orders can’t be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is provided and verified by Shutize. (Please be patient with this process and we’ll ship an item very fast once the prescription is in place).

  • When an order is processed for a home sleep test; you will be scheduled for a tele-visit with a certified sleep specialist who will assist with a prescription to have the sleep study performed. Only if they feel it is medically necessary. This is at the discretion of the ordering physician. (Shutize and it’s affiliates are not liable for prescriptions or what is considered to be medically necessary)
  • Please allow extra time for us to ship Rx orders. Every effort will be made to ship the order as soon as possible.

Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 4-7 business days with standard shipping.

There is no option for expedited shipping at this time.

All orders will be shipped via USPS and only to a valid Physical address.

No shipments will be made to P.O. Boxes.

CPAP devices are classified as medical equipment, requiring a prescription and a signature upon delivery.

Orders exceeding $500 will also require a signature.

Please note that orders over $500 cannot be shipped to a PO box.

We retain the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, even after it's been placed.

If we cancel an order after payment, a prompt refund will be issued.
