Introducing the ResMed AirFit™ N20 headgear replacement part for your N20 CPAP mask system.
This headgear is a replacement specifically for the AirFit™ N20 and AirFit™ N20 for Her Nasal CPAP Masks and is not compatible with any other ResMed mask models. The AirFit™ N20 headgear is a suitable replacement when you find that your mask is starting to sit more loose over time, the mask shifts awkwardly and develops leaks or basically, your current N20 headgear is suffering from general wear and tear due to regular use.
CPAP Headgear deterioration can also occur due to incorrect cleaning methods (by using a powerful detergent etc) so we have included a N20 Headgear cleaning guide in our FAQ section. As a rule of thumb and best practice, we suggest that you look to replace your ResMed AirFit™ N20 headgear every six months or so.
Please note that this product is the replacement headgear with magnetic clips only and does not include any other items such as the AirFit™ N20 mask cushion or frame.
You have a broad selection of N20 headgear sizes available to you. The blue headgear is available in small, standard, and large, while the violet headgear is available only in size small and is specifically for use with the AirFit™ N20 for Her Nasal CPAP Mask. You can check out our mask sizing guide that will help you determine which AirFit™ N20 mask set size is suitable for you.
The AirFit™ N20 mask comes with the standard headgear and the N20 For Her comes with the small headgear (AirFit™ N20 for Her model mask). Please choose the desired size and color when ordering. The headgear sizes are interchangeable for your convenience to ensure the perfect fit.

Magnetic Clips
The AirFit™ N20 Headgear is comfortable, easy-to-use and is perfect for those who need to remove their mask quickly during the night. The headgear features magnetic clips that attach to the headgear and lock onto the mask frame, allowing headgear adjustments to remain in place if the mask is taken off. This headgear is also perfect for those who need to take their mask off in the morning, as it is easy to do so with the magnetic clips.

This AirFit™ N20 Plush headgear is designed to be worn more loosely than traditional CPAP headgear. This allows the CPAP mask cushion to adapt to your facial contours and movements throughout the night, without any pressure, pinching or creasing. As a result, you'll get a more comfortable, restful sleep. In addition, the AirFit™ N20 headgear is equipped with rolled-edge fabric to help reduce facial markings. This will help you sleep better and help to improve CPAP therapy results.
