Shutize Return & Exchange Policy

At Shutize, shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear, convenient, and customer-friendly—within the guidelines provided below.

Returns for New & Unopened Items

You may return any new and unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shutize makes returning products simple—prepaid shipping labels with tracking information are provided for your convenience.

Before returning any item, make sure to follow the Return Process and request a valid RMA number.

Returns for Used or Opened Items

We understand that some products may need to be opened to determine if they’re the right fit. Therefore, we accept returns of selective products within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return eligibility criteria. Such returns are eligible for store credit only, which does not expire and can be used for future purchases. Please note that each item can only be returned once. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear are not eligible for return.

To simplify the process, we offer prepaid return shipping labels with tracking information. However, both the original shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Initiate your return by completing the Return Process to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products must be both new and unopened in their original packaging to qualify for the 30-night return policy; these products can never be returned if used or opened:

  • All CPAP and BiPAP Machines (Airmini, Luna G2 & G3, Airsense 10 and 11, AirCurve 10, and Luna TravelPAP)
  • Mask Cushions / Pillows
  • Mask Frames / Headgear
  • Mask Accessories (including chin straps, and mask liners)
  • All CPAP Parts and Supplies (including filters, filter covers, side covers, water tubs/tanks/reservoirs, power supply cords, SD cards, and air outlet pieces)
  • CPAP Therapy Accessory Items (including nose pads and DryMouth tablets)
  • CPAP Hose Lift & Support
  • CPAP Travel Cases
  • Airmini Mounting System
  • CPAP Tubing (including Airmini tubing)
  • Tubing Adapters
  • HumidX Cartridges for Airmini
  • Battery and Power Converters / Adapters
  • CPAP Cleaning Fluids and Wipes
  • CPAP Pillows

Note: Home Sleep Test kits are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Exclusive Benefits for Shutize Subscribers

Shutize subscribers enjoy enhanced flexibility and extended privileges when it comes to returns:

  • Extended Return Period: Return eligible items up to 60 days from the delivery date, double the standard return window.
  • Used Mask Return Eligibility: Subscribers may return lightly used CPAP masks (worn for no more than 3 nights) for store credit. Masks must be cleaned and returned with all original components.
  • Subscriber-Only Access: Non-subscribers are not eligible for store credit on used items unless otherwise specified.
  • Priority Return Support: Direct assistance from our support team to streamline the process.

Please note: Store credit issued for used items cannot be refunded or transferred and must be used on shutize.com.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow the following steps.

  1. Start Your Return Online

    Fill our return form and enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

  2. Choose Items to Return

    Select the product(s) you’re sending back and briefly let us know the reason for each return.

  3. Get Your Shipping Label

    Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return label—just print it and attach it securely to your package.

  4. Send It Back

    Drop off your return at any nearby shipping location listed in the label instructions.

    Please ensure that all returned items include original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 10 business days.
